For receiving and managing applications, we use the applicant management system “HRworks” from HRworks GmbH, Waldkircher Str. 12, 79106 Freiburg, Germany. A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the provider.
Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 para. 1 BDSG (initiation of an employment relationship).
Storage Period: In the event of a rejection, application documents will be deleted six months after the conclusion of the application process, unless other legitimate interests (e.g., burden of proof under the AGG) prevent deletion. If hired, the data will be transferred to the personnel file.

On our website, we offer a technical configurator for selecting suitable test systems. To receive the configuration result, providing and confirming a valid email address is required (double opt-in).

The results of the configurator and your information will be stored and evaluated for follow-up by our sales team. We reserve the right to contact you for further technical coordination.
